Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thanks Flowers is a home-based floral studio located in San Marcos, California. We do not offer walk-in visits or customer pickup. All orders are created in our private studio and delivered directly to the recipient’s address within our service areas.
Please review the following shipping and delivery policy for our local flower delivery service.
1. Delivery Areas
We provide local delivery to the following cities in North San Diego County:
- San Marcos
- Escondido
- Vista
- Oceanside
- Carlsbad
- Encinitas
2. Delivery Schedule
Our delivery service operates on the following days:
- Open: Monday through Saturday
- Closed: Sunday
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed by 11:00 AM (Pacific Time) qualify for same-day delivery.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
3. Delivery Time Window
- Deliveries are usually completed between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
- Morning delivery may be available upon request, depending on designer availability and delivery routes.
- Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to routing, weather, and traffic conditions.
4. Delivery Fee
A flat delivery fee of $6.95 applies to all supported local delivery areas.
All prices on our website are shown in USD. Any applicable taxes and the delivery fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Delivery Instructions
- Customers may provide delivery instructions at checkout (gate code, access notes, safe drop-off location, etc.).
- If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left in a safe location or with a neighbor when appropriate.
- Redelivery requests may require an additional delivery fee.
6. Delivery Delays
Severe weather, traffic, road closures, or unexpected conditions may affect delivery times. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Delivery address changes or order adjustments must be submitted at least 24 hours before delivery.
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.
- Same-day cancellations are not refundable due to preparation and material costs.
